1/2 c. Rice Vinegar
1/2 c. Olive oil
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1 tsp Whole Mixed Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/2 tsp Celery Seed
1/2 tsp Ground black Pepper
Dash of pepper flakes
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp Dijon or any other prepared mustard
Mix the wet together in a 2 cup measuring cup
Add all the dry and mix again
Store in a lidded serving container.
Alter seasonings to your own taste.
This recipe makes a 2 cup batch, to fill a storage container like the one in the above photo. I also like to start with a 2 cup measuring cup, add the oil, then vinegar, then mayo to the 1.5 cup mark, then add the rest and stir. Pour into the storage container, shake up real well, then refrigerate.
